Step 1

*Note: You may opt to create your own order form using the products and scents listed on our forms. However, you may not use our graphics or the Mia Bella name on your forms. Please contact your representative if you are in need of assistance.

Don't have a printer available? You may order the forms directly from us and we will print them for you and ship them out within 48 hours. Forms are 20 cents each with free shipping.  You'll receive a Traditional Order Form AND Holiday order form for each form purchased.



Step 2-
Fill out your information on the order form, including the name of your organization and who your supporters will write their checks out to. Once your representative has confirmed the activation of your online fundraising code, you may fill that in on your forms.

Step 3-
Check your e-mail for tips on running a successful fundraiser ( 7 tips in 7 days)

Step 4- Meet with your group and Get Started!

Step 5- After your fundraiser is complete, add up all your sales and send in the Master Order Form (View Shipping Chart

Step 6- When your candles arrive, sort and package them by participant. We do not put any of our contact information on the products, so you will have room to put your own contact information on the bottom of the jars and/or the melts.  We do not take advantage of your hard work to gain your supporters as customers.  We want you to continue to receive orders from your supporters whenever they need more product.  If you sign up for our wholesale program, you'll be able to take orders online all year round!

We now offer gift boxes for the 16oz. jars. However, you may opt to have your own packaging to cut down on costs. We want you to have the freedom to make decisions based on the needs of your organization.

On-line Fundraising Code

If you chose an on-line fundraising code, your code will be activated within the next 48 hours.  Once you receive an e-mail confirmation from your fundraising representative, you will be free to share your code with your supporters.  Just instruct them to register as a preferred customer at our retail store and submit your fundraising code at the time of checkout.  If you have a website for your organization, you may place a link directly to our retail store at http://www.TastesofHeaven.com

It's really that easy!  Your fundraising code will stay active for three months, or until the time you specify.  Once your fundraiser is complete, you will receive your profit in the form of a check made out to your organization.

Customizing Your Fundraiser

If you chose to customize your fundraiser, your fundraising representative will be contacting you to discuss your options.  Our most common ways to customize include:

  1. Change the 27 fragrances being offered.

    We recommend doing this ONLY if your group is related to the type of fragrances you'd like to change to (i.e. Garden Club changing to all floral scents, or Cooking Club changing to all food scents.) The fragrances we have chosen have proven to be top sellers and will provide you with a variety of choices for your supporters.
  2. Change the products or add products to your order form.

    We have chosen the 16oz. Jars and Melts/Tarts as to not overwhelm your supporters with too large of a selection. We have also chosen these products to maximize your profitability and at the same time give your supporters a quality product at an amazing price. Please do not choose additional products unless absolutely necessary. If there are supporters that would like to order additional products, please direct them on line to order and submit your fundraising code.
  3. Change the look of your order form.

    If you have a group logo that you would like displayed in the background of your form, instead of the Mia Bella's Gourmet Candle picture, you may send your jpg image to info@qualitycandlefundraiser.com

Please note that changing any of the above will result in a delay of your fundraiser. Our goal here at Breath of Heaven Fundraisers is to provide you with a fast, fun, and profitable way to raise funds. Please let us know how we may assist you and we will do our best to see that your needs are met.

Scent Samples

As soon as your representative has verified the information you've submitted through our on-line form, you will be sent up to 40 scent samples.  You will receive up to 20 samples of our signature scent, Sweet Orange & Chili Pepper, and up to 20 samples of our top selling scent, Angel Wings.  These scents are proven sellers and will assist you in meeting your fundraising goals.  They are simply crushed scented wax in small plastic baggies, small enough to carry in your pocket. 

Based on the number of participants, we have the right to change the number of samples given to your group/organization.  Our resources here at Breath of Heaven Fundraisers are used wisely and will be evenly disbursed to the proper sized groups.  Your representative is dedicated to meeting the needs of your group and will make an informed decision as to the number of samples to send you.  Any questions, please contact us.
